This Saturday at 3.05pm, Northampton Saints take on Saracens at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens, their final home game of the 2024/25 Gallagher Premiership campaign in front of what is set to be a capacity crowd.
The men in Black, Green and Gold head into the match knowing a play-off spot is now, unfortunately, beyond them – but are hoping to build momentum ahead of next weekend’s Investec Champions Cup Final, extend their winning run over Saracens on home soil to five matches, and sign off in style at their final cinch Stadium encounter of the season.
Saturday’s game will also mark the annual end-of-season Leavers Ceremony, which began back in 2017.
The Club will be inviting our supporters onto the hallowed cinch Stadium turf following the match to celebrate the squad’s accomplishments this season, and also toast those players that will be moving on to pastures new next term.
The playing squad will complete a lap of honour around the ground immediately after the final whistle and hand out signed balls, while the Club’s new Academy intake for the 2025/26 season will be unveiled.
Then, supporters will be welcomed onto the pitch for the annual presentation of caps to Saints who have hit significant milestones this season, and shirts to the players who will be departing the Club this summer – with the likes of Juarno Augustus, Temo Mayanavanua, Burger Odendaal, Tom Seabrook and Tarek Haffar all bidding a fond farewell to Northampton, it will be an event not to be missed.
Please DO NOT go onto the pitch until told to do so by the stewards. We ask you to help us give our players the send-off they deserve by complying with these instructions.
The pitch will remain open for up to an hour after the presentation while DJ Carly Wilford performs a set, and a selection of food units in the Supporter Village will also remain open during this time.
